There has been a lot of talk especially within the last decade of America losing its way. Venturing far from the values and principles our country was founded on with ever changing perception of what we view right balanced and fair. People speak of times when things were good, as if it were because of successful legislation and tax relief. I think times were good because people were good to each other. Our country is strongest when were united about things we care about. Our country was its strongest when people cared about where they lived, and who they elected, and who taught their kids. Planting a Garden - Part 1

The Garden Part 1:
After many talks we decided to plant a garden this year.  The first step, as simple as it seems, often is the one most overlooked.  Where to put it?  We studied various parts of our yard at the morning, mid-day, afternoon, and evening to see how much sun it received at each time.  Ideally we were looking for a location that gave morning and afternoon soon while being a little shady at mid-day.  Once we settled on the spot we had an area of around 40 feet x 20 feet tilled up.  We tilled it and then let it sit for a week and then tilled it again.
